The social program includes
– Casual dinner at Aalborg Street Food on Saturday evening (for Young Forum/training school attendees)
– Welcome reception on Sunday evening at conference venue
– Young Acousticians Network event on Monday evening at Jens Bangs Stenhus (downtown Aalborg)
– Gala Dinner on Tuesday evening in restaurant at House of Music (extra cost)
– Closing ceremony
The technical tour to the House of Music can be joined by accompanying persons (at extra cost).
The following tours are organized pending minimum registrations of 10 persons:
– Saturday 9:30-13:30: Historic Aalborg Walking tour including classical Danish Lunch (extra cost)
– Saturday 13:30-16:30: From Rags to Riches, Voergaard Castle (extra cost)
– Sunday 9:30-16:30: Tour to Skagen (extra cost)
