Presentations are 20 minutes long, followed by approximately 5 minutes Q&A and approx. 5 mins for changing to the next room.
You can use your own templates for presentations. You are very welcome to integrate the conference logo (from the paper templates or taken from the web), in the way it best fit your layout.
There will be windows computers in the presentation rooms. They are equipped with PowerPoint as well as a pdf viewer. You need to upload your presentations in advance (either in the morning or during breaks before your session starts). Please don’t count on using your own, Mac, or other type of platform, when presenting. If possible, please ensure in advance that the presentation file you are bringing can execute in a standard windows environment.
